We took Erika to the Newberg tree lighting ceremony tonight. At the library, which is only a short walk from our house, they had a craft fair, cookies, carolers, a tree lighting ceremony and then Santa showed up on a fire truck. It was a lot of fun! Erika really liked when the tree was lit up, and she loved the bell that was given to her. I don't think she understood who Santa was and why everyone was so excited to see him, but she had fun anyway!
