Developing

Every day, Erika does something that makes her seem like a much older little girl! She's really fun to talk to, now, because she actually understands what I'm saying and tries with her limited vocabulary to answer me back. She likes to eat her cereal in the morning by herself, now, instead of being fed. Here's the proof.

Sarah and I were playing with her earlier today and couldn't resist the opportunity to demonstrate another aspect of Erika's "developing". Please note, they are not real. (Ala, Laura Ingalls with the apples).

Heehee! She is going to LOVE those pictures when she grows up. Seriously, I can't believe how much older she seems just in the past few weeks. It's amazing how fast they go from tiny, helpless infant to inquisitive, unstoppable force of exploration.
