Water Lovers

It was hot here this weekend. Really hot. The kind of hot that doesn't cool down at night so you just sweat and stink all day and night long. Heat doesn't really seem to bother Erika much, but I feel bad for her so I try to cool her down the way I would like to be cool. We played in the hose outside, she ate ice cubes with the dogs...sometimes literally. She and Wyatt like to share ice cubes with each other. I filled the bathtub with cold water and let her splash around in it multiple times during the day. I think she really liked it! Her favorite part was drinking out of the hose like Wyatt and Maggie. Later that night, when I put her in the tub, she even put her tongue under the faucet when the water was coming out.
