The summer reading program at our library has a superhero theme this year. So they threw a super hero party with games, snacks, and real super heroes!

I don't know who this person is, but I think he is a villain of some kind. Either way, he was in a very tall suit and heavy shoes and Levi almost made him trip by walking right in front of him!
